Kyle Klotz serves as Assistant Director of Sports Performance. Kyle's experience has consisted of coaching at the Division I Level and working with professional athletes.
His most recent experience was at Belmont University in Nashville, TN where he oversaw the strength and conditioning programs for the women's volleyball and men's tennis programs while assisting with the baseball and track and field teams. His experience with professional athletes came at MPower Performance Institute in Nashville where he worked individually with Tennessee Titans RB D'Onta Foreman, Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Ke'Shawn Vaughn, and Portland Trailblazers PF Robert Covington.
Prior to his time as a coach in Nashville, he interned at The University of Texas where he assisted with the Men's and Women's Basketball teams. He also interned at Chadwicks Fitness and Performance Training where he assisted in the offseason training for MLB players Bryan Reynolds, Clay Holmes, James McCann, Anthony Bass, Dylan Winkler, Stephen Wright, and Steven Matz.
He attended Belmont University, where he pitched for the Bruins. He currently holds the records for most season and career appearances in the OVC. During his senior year was the active leader in career appearances in all of DIvision I.
He and his wife Abbie Klotz married in October 2020 and now reside in McCandless. He is an avid golfer and enjoys playing the guitar in his free time.
