Group Exercise Programs

Precision Physical Therapy and Performance offers group exercise classes such as yoga, pilates, and small group training at. Each class is taught by a certified instructor or strength and conditioning specialist and can accomodate all fitness levels.

At Precision Physical Therapy and Performance, patients and clients will have the opportunity to
experience yoga in a safe, supportive, and functional environment.

New to yoga? No worries! Our knowledgeable instructor will guide you in adapting the movements to your skill level in order to help you safely achieve your wellness goals.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a series of non-impact based exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. Pilates focuses on how to properly find and engage your deep core musculature; all other derivations of Pilates exercises are based on the knowledge of this “center”, your core strength.

Precision Physical Therapy and Performance is proud to offer mat Pilates classes to both interested clients, as well as patients.
